Early Childhood Education
Childcare and early education programs are critical to promoting child development and success in school and are vital for helping parents obtain and retain employment.
Childcare is available Monday thru Friday: 7am - 6pm
The YWCA San Antonio offers preschool and afterschool childcare services for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Children are exposed to age-appropriate, educational activities that improve cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being. Our goal is to provide children with activities and experiences that promote optimal growth and development.

Workforce Solutions South Plains Child Care Services subsidizes child care for eligible low-income families. Must apply through Work Force Solutions.

This program only offers 20 spots at our location. The children who receive free tuition are selected by the City of San Antonio Early Head Start coordinators. If you would like to apply you can visit their website.
