Our Workforce Programs offer work readiness preparation, educational coaching, life skills, client centered case management, workforce training, and job placement opportunities. Case managers focus on strengthening engagement, work readiness, and resource navigation to help reduce barriers. Workforce training and job placement opportunities offered through our programs:

For women, ages 16 to 24, who are either not in school or not working. The program guides them toward becoming financially, emotionally, and socially secure adults.

The program is geared toward young women ages 18 and over and partners with accredited colleges for educational training.

We provide job education followed by job placement to improve quality of life and achieve success to individuals 18+. We assist with Certifications, Associate’s Degrees, or Bachelor’s Degrees.
