Soul Sanar is a training designed to educate, highlight and heal the relationship between the black and brown communities. This training was designed for those who are passionate about building bridges and tearing down walls.

In this training, participants will cover basic terms and vocabulary, basic conditions regarding neurodiversity, the intersectionalities of neurodiversity (race, mental health, housing status), and workplace difficulties and solutions for workers with neurodiversity. It is important to reiterate that neuro and sensory needs are not preferences but are biological conditions that interfere with the brain’s cognitive abilities.

In this training, participants will cover basic terms and vocabulary, review data (Local, State, and Nationwide), observe how wage equity affects other aspects of societal life, and learn all the information needed to advocate for wage equity and self worth in the hiring process and workplace.
